Double Trouble Challenge #210 ~ 3-2-1 Scrapper's Guacamole

Hi Crafty Friends,

Double Trouble Challenge #210, is now open.
Thing 1 ~ Trouble Maker's theme
is "Scrapper's Guacamole."

Our challenge has 3 options so you'll want to visit the blog (link above) for a detailed explanation.
Each option gives you more chances in our Random Drawings.
 -
Here's my project for #210 and how I interpreted all the Things.

Thing 1 Trouble Maker
 offers the 3-2-1 challenge:
3 Colors (neutrals not included - yellow, red, and turquoise
2 Patterned papers - all patterned papers are from Carta Bella Homemade with Love set
1 Dry or Heat embossed element - I used Altenew's Organic Linen embossing folder

the first time I've tried iYou may stop with Thing 1's challenge but to add a little more fun we have Thing 3 Twisted Sister's optional twist: Include your favorite snack food - while not an actual snack, I would eat a baked good anytime of day for any reason!!!

And finally, to support our sister challenge blogs, Thing 2's Double Dare is to use TSOT #689
You can see the sketch in the graphic below.

I'll be back bi-weekly on Mondays to share more Double Trouble challenges.
I hope you'll play along.

  4. Love the embossing folder used for your texture on the various patterned papers... fun card. Love pies, a favorite apple pie with cheddar cheese on the side was my Grandma's popular pie.

  6. Wow, this card is awesome! The textured piece of plain cardstock surrounded by the different patterned papers (including the pies), really balances everything nicely! The sentiment is so fun, and the twine bow is the perfect embellishment.
