Raise the Banner

 
The "Delightful" gals at Delightful Challenges are adding flags or banners to their design team projects this week. 
I used the Patchy Bear image and one of the sentiments from the Luau Sentiments Set for my card.
They can be found at Digital Delights by Louby Loo or you can click on the name and be taken straight to the images.
 
I wanted to enter some challenges this week so I designed my card accordingly.
