Cut it Up Challenge #89

Hi Crafty Friends, It's time for Cut it Up Challenge #89.  In celebration of Mardi Gras we're asking you to use a MASKING technique on your project.  And, don't forget the DIE CUT!! I've used images from Darcie's "Hello Cupcake" set.

My die cuts include Nestabilities Postage Stamp dies and Jaded Blossom Border Dies.   I masked the cupcake in order to stamp the bear and I also left the postage stamp die on the paper after cutting and embossing so that I could ink the background but leave the white border.  I use my dies this way quite often.  The actual die makes a great mask! I colored the images with Copic markers and added a little Spectrum Noir Sparkle to the sprinkles.  I added a twine bow and called it done.   You're invited to join in our challenge.  Be sure to use a die cut and a masking technique.  Just link your project HERE.
