Cut it Up Challenge #260 ~ So Proud of You

Hi Crafty Friends,

The newest challenge theme for Cut it Up Challenges is "So Proud of You."
Here's a chance to let someone know that you're proud of them by creating a card, gift, or whatever crafty idea you may have.

Our sponsor for this challenge is The Cutting Cafe.  Regina graciously provided the team with several files to use for this challenge.  I am using the Congrats shape card set.as well as a sentiment from Jaded Blossom (Fitness Junkie.)

I cut the file using a Silhouette 4.  I used 3 of the 4 layers provided.  I didn't use the shaped/folded base because I wanted to have inside room for a note/letter.  That's the beauty of Regina's SVG files, you can size and/or adapt them to fit your creative needs.
