I began with Pinkfresh Studio's Quilted hearts cover plate run over a piece of patterned paper then cut again with PF's Dotted Nested Deckled rectangles. Then I got busy randomly stamping images from Simon Says Stamp Vintage Love Notes set and Jaded Blossom's Heart Splatters. I cut out two LaLa Land Crafts hearts, one from patterned velum, and, finally added ephemera from Tim Holz. Little bits of PF bling finished the card. Definitely not my regular style but I like the result and had fun just "letting go!"
I hope you'll play along.

This is beautiful!! It would definitely be outside my comfort zone, too, but you pulled it off fabulously!! I really like what you did with the coverplate die; great look!
ReplyDeleteGreat job stepping out of your creative comfort zone, you card came out nice. I like the vintage feel and the dies that you used!
ReplyDeleteThis is such a fun and refreshing take on the My Heart theme! I love that you stepped outside your comfort zone and just let yourself play—it really shows in the layered details and relaxed, artsy vibe. The quilted hearts add beautiful texture, and the mix of stamping, vellum, and ephemera gives the card so much visual interest. It’s always inspiring to see someone try something new and enjoy the process. Thanks for sharing—and for the encouragement to just let go and create! 💛
