Cut it Up Challenge #358 ~ One for the Boys (Men)

Hi Crafty Friends,

June is a time to share some crafty love with the men/boys in our lives.
Cut it Up Challenge #358 does just that.  Our theme is One For the Boys(Men).

For the grounding mat I used Spellbinders Nested Stitched Flat Ovals.
The adorable gnome was created using Jaded Blossom's Gnome Die, Gnome Dies Cowboy Add Ons and Howdy Gnomie Stamp/die set.  The papers were in my stash!!!

Use the link above to join our challenge.

Don't forget our 1000 Followers challenge:
We also have a special contest going on at Cut it Up.  When we reach 1000 followers we'll be having a drawing from all of the ENTRIES in the challenge in which 1000 is reached.  The prize will be a box of crafty goodness.  So play along, become a follower, and help us reach our goal.
We only need 5 more followers to reach 1000!

Double Trouble Challenge #218 ~ My Guy

Hi Crafty Friends,

Double Trouble Challenge #218, MY GUY, is now open.

Our challenge has 3 options so you'll want to visit the blog (link above) for a detailed explanation.
Each option gives you more chances in our Random Drawings.
 -
Here's my project for #218 and how I interpreted all the Things.

ALL THE THINGS

Thing 1 Trouble Maker
offers the 3-2-1 challenge:
3 Washi Tape and/or paper scraps  -I've used Washi Tape from my stash
2 Die cut elements -I've used a combination of die sets from Jaded Blossom: Gnome Garden Add ons, Wheelbarrow Die, and Stitched Circle
1 Masculine project- Father's Day card (sentiment from Taylored Expressions
Perfect Pennant - Dad

the first time I've tried iYou may stop with Thing 1's challenge but to add a little more fun we have Thing 3 Twisted Sister's optional twist: Any element your guy enjoys spending time - my hubby enjoys his summer vegetable garden.

And finally, to support our sister challenge blogs, Thing 2's Double Dare is to use TSOT #697
I used the sketch for inspiration.  It can be seen the sketch in the graphic below.

I'll be back bi-weekly on Mondays to share more Double Trouble challenges.
I hope you'll play along.
