The sentiment, lily, and butterfly are all dies from Lala Land Crafts.
The stencil on which I used Hero Arts Glitter Paste and Gina K ink is LLLC's Floral Beauty.  I used Taylored Expressions A2 Stacklets to cut the layers.

The Male Room ~ New DT Position

Hi Crafty Friends,

Masculine cards are sometimes a challenge to design, and I often find myself struggling to come up with ideas.
Then I was introduced to a challenge blog, The Male Room, and they were having a DT call.
I figured that if I designed for a masculine-based team, I would be inspired to create more masculine cards.
So, I applied and was accepted ~ Woohoo!

The Male Room is a monthly challenge posting on the first Wednesday of each month.
A theme is provided for each challenge.  The theme for May is FOOD and/or DRINK.
My actual DT term begins next month (June), but I am guest designing for this month.

Here's my fun drink-related project.

Products used:
Whimsy Stamps CHEERS die set
Whimsy Stamps BREWSKIS stamp set
Jaded Blossom PAINT SPLATTERS 1 and 2

I hope you like my first card and will take a look at the blog and, finally, join in the fun.
Please note:  to be considered as a monthly winner, this badge must be included in your post.

Cut it Up Challenge #354 ~ Colors of Spring

Hi Crafty Friends,

We have a new challenge for you at Cut it Up.  Our theme for challenge 354 is
The Colors of Spring.

I've been cleaning and purging my craft room and am finding sets that have never been opened - Ugh!
I'm using one of those treasures for today's card.

This die set is Artful Tulip from Spellbinders.  I used and very old Cuttlebug embossing folder, Script Texture for the background and cut a Jaded Blossom Scallop Oval from vellum to ground the die cut.
The sentiment is a Betterpress set that I foiled.

Sometimes I just need to "shop" in my own craft room.  Do you ever feel that way?

Pearly Sparkles April Challenge ~ Something Old, Something New

Hi Crafty Friends,

We have a new April challenge at Pearly Sparkles.

This month's challenge is Something Old, Something New.
I chose to interpret the challenge by using old and new crafting supplies.

I love how bright, happy, and springy this card is.  It just makes me smile.
My "something old" is the Jaded Blossom scallop rectangle die.  I've had this set for years and it's one of my crafty staples.  The sentiment is a precut image from Crafter's Companion.  It's been in my stash since who-knows when.  I just ink blended it and popped it up on the card.
My "something new" is the Gina K Designs Cheerful Flowers Stencil/die/3D embossing folder set. I just used the 3D embossing folder and stencils ~ so pretty.

I hope you'll play along with us this month.

The Outlawz Christmas Challenge ~ April 2026

Hi Crafty Friends,

Welcome back to The Outlawz Christmas Challenge (formerly Outlawz Festive Fridays.)  We have revamped our Outlawz challenge with a new blog, and a new challenge start date.
There are now 3 challenges in The Outlawz Challenges family and each one begins on the 1st of the month and ends on the last day of the month.  Our new blog can be found HERE and it is now
CHRISTMAS ONLY.

Here's my project for the April challenge.

I've used an older Spellbinders die set called "JOY."
There's not as much die cutting as you'd imagine since the gold is all one large die with a few smaller accent dies that allow you to cut multiples.
The background paper is from Echo Park's Gnome for Christmas 6x6 paper pad.

I hope you'll join us for this month's challenge.  It's never too early to begin building your holiday card stash.

Cut it Up Challenge #352 ~ Forever Green (use green as focus color)

Hi Crafty Friends,

It's Cut it Up Challenge day and I'm sharing my project for challenge #352 ~ Forever Green
We've been asked to use green as our main color.

Here's my card.

To create this design, I used Gina K Designs Serene Branches stencil, die, and 3D embossing folder set.
After embossing and stenciling the image on Gina K colored cardstock, I used the single branch die to cut, emboss and stencil the branch.  I used white cardstock for this step so the colors appear brighter and standout a bit from original panel.  I used Master Layout 2 to cut the panels.

I hope you'll join us for this challenge. Use this link to upload your project.
