Here's my card using a sweet digital image from Polkadoodles.
I inked this "Wish" sentiment from The Rabbit Hole Designs onto velum to place over the colored image for a dreamy effect. I colored using Copic Markers and added stars and a shooting star from LaLa Land Crafts. The stitched mat is from Jaded Blossom.
