Cut it Up Challenge #324 ~ Tie it Up (use ribbon, twine, string, etc.)

Hi Crafty Friends,
Our next Cut it Up Challenge is "Tie it Up."
For this challenge we are using ribbon, twine, string, etc. on our project.

I've designed a card using the Betterpress Uniquely You plates which includes a registration guide, stencils, and dies.  I also used a sentiment from the Betterpress A Little Message set. I've added Pinkfresh Studio gems and a twine bow for added dimension and sparkle.

I've used Jaded Blossom's stitched hexagon with Lala Land Crafts Floral Beauty stencil and glitter paste.  The lily and butterfly are LLLC dies and the sentiment if from Whimsy Stamps.

Time for another CIU Challenge.  Challenge #323 is THIS MAKES ME SMILE.There are so many interpretations of this challenge.  Maybe it's the theme of the card or the colors, or the technique and/or tools you've used.  You decide.  Just remember to tell us about it.
Here's my card.  The color combination and using stenciling makes me smile.

Sketch Saturday Challenge #768 ~ Optional Twist: Include a Heart

Hi Crafty Friends,
I have another card for you today.  This time for the Sketch Saturday Challenge.
This card design is mostly about the paper.  I've used gold foil to highlight this pretty Lala Land Crafts patterned paper.  I also die cut a LLLC heart locket and added gold twine.
