The Outlawz Festive Friday Challenge ~ September

Hi Crafty Friends,

I'm still working hard to have a large Christmas card stash so this month's card follows the Christmas theme.

I've used the Glimmer foil system to create this card.  The sentiment is from Spellbinders and the snowflakes are from Pinkfresh Studio.  I also used a glitter paste for the background stencil from Jaded Blossom.  The Internal Scallop Rectangle is also Jaded Blossom.

Time for a new The Outlawz Festive Friday challenge.We have four themes to choose from:Christmas, Butterflies, Let's Go Sailing, Holidays.
I've been wanting to use my Spellbinders  Betterpress Butterfly Swirl Press Plate so this is the perfect challenge.

The great thing about using press plates is that they can also be used with the Glimmer Hot Foil system which is what I used.  The sentiment is from the Pinkfresh Studio Perfect Sentiment stamp and die set.

Outlawz Festive Friday Challenge ~ July

Hi Crafty Friends,
It's the first Friday of a new month (July) so time for a newOutlawz Festive Friday Challenge.
We have 4 themes to choose from:Christmas (always a choice)SummerBeachUse Buttons
I've used my newest Betterpress Society plate (Summer Vibes) to create this card.

I ink blended the cloud background using Jaded Blossom's Clouds stencil and Distress Oxides.

Then I used the registration template to press the images using Betterpress Ink.

I foiled the sentiment - yes, you can use Betterpress plates with your Glimmer Foiling system - and cut it our using Pinkfresh Studio's Nested Arches.

This is an A2 topfold card.

BYSH Cardmakers April Linky Party ~ Spring into Christmas

Hi Crafty Friends,
Our spring Linky party is open at Build Your Stash Holiday Cardmakers.  We have so many amazing sponsors and some fabulous prizes to be won by those who link up their projects on our blog.
Here's my project using my Glimmer Foiling system and a Betterpress plate (yes, you can foil using your Betterpress plates!!!)  By using an alcohol ink-compatible cardstock, I was able to use Copic markers after foiling the image.

You may enter as many projects as you'd like during the event; more chances for you to win and you'll be putting a dent in your holiday cardmaking - woohoo!!
