Hi Crafty Friends,
We have a new challenge for you at Cut it Up Challenges. We're celebrating LOVE (and/or) Valentine's Day.
I used a cut file from our sponsor, The Cutting Cafe, to make this slimline card.
I love the heart cutout cover but thought it would be fun to have the hearts coming out of the clouds, so I added two cloud die cuts from Jaded Blossom along with the love die cut sentiment. I used the hearts that were cut out of the cover mat to decorate the inside. This was such a quick card to make and sometimes those are the best when you want to send handmade cards but have a lot on your crafty desk.
We always appreciate the support Regina and The Cutting Cafe offer to our challenge blog.We hope you'll play along.
Hi Crafty Friends,
Cut it Up Challenge #241 is create something for holiday gift giving. I love making gift card and/or treat boxes. They come in so handy when you need a quick gift.
Our sponsor, The Cutting Cafe, is known for treat and gift card holders and shared a great set of pillow boxes with the design team. The set includes several sentiments so I chose JOLLY.
I cut the pillow box file using my Cameo 4. This is only my second project using my new machine and so far so good! I added some cute LaLa Land Crafts trees.
I hope you'll join in our last challenge before Christmas. These pillow boxes make great last minute gifts.Just link your project to http://cutitupchallenges.blogspot.com
