Do You Wanna Build a Snowman?

 Hi Crafty Friends,

It's my day to share for two of my design teams, Jaded Blossom Blog and

I have had so much fun joining in different Christmas in July challenges and even though it's now August I still have a few more Christmas cards to make.  This one is for Sketch challenge #36 at Build Your Stash Holiday Cardmakers. Of course, Jaded Blossom is my go-to for the perfect stamps and dies.

I've used the following Jaded Blossom products:

And, here's the sketch for the BYSH Cardmakers.  You have the entire month to add to the FB album.

Thanks for dropping by today.

You're a Koalaty Friend

 Hi Crafty Friends,

It's my day to post a Jaded Blossom project here and on the Jaded Blossom Blog.

I have loved Jaded Blossom for many, many years so my stamp and die collection is quite extensive.
I categorize many of my stamps by theme but I also have 3 shoeboxes full of general stamps, easy to forget what I have since I never got on the record keeping train.
Anyhoo - I thought it would be fun to do a blind selection and create a project from whatever I picked out - sight unseen- from my collection.

Here's my project using the G'Day Mate stamp set (randomly selected.)

I also used 3 dies from the Card Mat Dies, the Birch Tree and Vine Stencils and some leaves from the Tropical Flowers Dies.  The image was cut using a Scan N Cut and colored using Copics.

Thanks for stopping by,

Happy Birthday Shaker Card

 Hi Crafty Friends,

It's my turn to share on the Jaded Blossom Blog.

For today's project I chose a simple style but made it fun by adding the shaker element.

I stamped the background first and splattered with some metallic paints.  Then I slipped it into a
packaging sleeve and taped the excess to the back leaving the top open so I could fill it with shaker pieces.  I added the frame and sentiment to the outside, taped the cellophane closed and then used double sided tape to adhere it the card base.  Easy peasy but still lots of fun.

I used these Jaded Blossom products:

Thank You

 Hi Crafty Friends,
It's my design team day on the Jaded Blossom Blog.

Today I'd like to share a shaker/gift card holder design that was shared by Jennifer McGuire.
It's a unique idea and I thought it would be fun to try it.

The gift card slips right into the shaker pocket.  There is a flap inside the card that allows for easy access to the gift card and still keep the shaker element in place.
I used these Jaded Blossom products:
Gnome Dies: Garden Add Ons (flowers, instead of the tulips)

This was such a fun card to create.
Thanks for stopping by.

This Way to Santa

 Hi Crafty Friends,

It's my day to post on the Jaded Blossom Blog.

Today I'd to share to slimline Christmas scene that I designed for my holiday card sending.

I created the background using the Cloud Stencil inking with Picket Fence Distress Ink on blue card stock.  Then I sprayed it with Altenew Pure White Ink Spray which I also used on the die cut trees.  The sentiments on the signpost are heat embossed to make them stand out from the patterned paper I used to stamp on.

Here are the products I used:
(Be sure to sign up for Restock Notifications)

There are so many amazing Jaded Blossom Christmas stamps and dies.  I hope you've begun your holiday cardmaking.

Grateful

Hi Crafty Friends,

It's my turn to share on the Jaded Blossom Blog.

I watched a Jennifer McGuire video showing how to make an easy pop-up frame card and have been trying out a few designs.  Today I'm sharing a pop-up frame shaker card using a stenciled background.

Jaded Blossom products used:
Sunflower Stencil (inked with Distress Oxides)
Thankful Acorn with Outline Dies

This is such a fun technique which provides some great dimension but easily folds flat for mailing.

Thanks for stopping in today.
