Cut it Up Challenge #337 ~ Anything Goes

Hi Crafty Friends,

Here's our final Cut it Up challenge for August.  Our theme is
ANYTHING GOES.

Here's my project - still working on my holiday card stash.

I had some left-overs from a previous project so I used them for the background.  The color guided my ink choices.  These are the products I used:
Taylored Expressions Bold Beams Cutting Plate
Doodlebug Designs 6x6 paper pad
Gina K ink
Simon Says Stamp Festive Swag stencil and die, Making Spirits Bright Sentiment stamp and die

I hope you'll play along with us.  Our TOP CUTS are invited to post with us as a guest designer.

Build Your Stash Holiday Cardmakers ~ Sketch 51, Card 2

Hi Crafty Friends,

There is still plenty of time left in our November BYSH sketch challenge.

For my second card I've used more wonderful Lala Land Crafts patterned papers and a cute image from SSS Polar Christmas stamp and die set.  I used Copic markers to color and some Frosted Lace Stickles for shiny dimension.

Here's the sketch.

For inspiration check out our blog (link above) and our Facebook page, then link YOUR card to our Sketch 51 album HERE.

Can't wait to see what your create.

Pearly Sparkles February Challenge ~ Red

Hi Crafty Friends,

Wow!  February 1st already.  For our February Pearly Sparkles Challenge, we want you to include some RED.

I'm finding that I simply adore these Scandinavian style gnomes!  I used the gnome die from Simon Says Stamp.  I love it because it comes with a shadow layer along with the detailed die.  The sentiment, hills, and sentiment mat are all Jaded Blossom.  I added just a few sequins for some sparkle!

Please join us this month at Pearly Sparkles.  We'd love to see how you "include some red."

Cut it Up Challenge #191 ~ Snow Much Fun

Hi Crafty Friends,

Welcome to Cut it Up's first challenge of the New Year.

Our challenge theme is Snow Much Fun.  OK, I'm not much of a snow person but I do love collecting snowmen and looking at the beautiful snow on mountains.

I made a thank you card using the Fun with Snowflakes file from our sponsor, The Cutting Cafe.

It's a simple design but I love the papers by Authentique and my fave, linen pearl.
The stamp set is from a Simon Says Stamp club kit.
I think popping up the front panel and adding a few sequins was just enough,

I hope you'll join our newest challenge.

Always Fun Challenge # 54 ~ Use Kraft

Hi Crafty Friends,
Do you love using Kraft paper?  I love using it for card bases and I've been practicing coloring using pencils on it as well  (I need practice!)
This week's Always Fun Challenge is to use Kraft on your project.
Here's my project.
I love Peeps anytime of year.  I used a stamp/die set from Simon Says Stamp monthly club.  The patterned paper has been in my stash for a really long time - isn't it cute?

Cut it Up Challenge #92

Hi Crafty Friends,

It's time for another Cut it Up Challenge.  Our #92 Challenge is EASTER - include a bunny.
Don't forget you must use a DIE CUT.

My card was made using lots of different dies.

The bunny stamp and die is from the Simon Says Stamp monthly kit, Favorite Peeps.  I also used the following Jaded Blossom stamps and dies:
Spring dies, Tropical dies, Spring dies 2, Card Mat dies, Bow dies, and Funny Bunny stamp set.
A few sequins and some twine finished the card.

Our sponsor for this challenge is
One Happy Cut
