Jaded Blossom JUNE Sneak Peek ~ Day 2
Hi Crafty Friends,
Welcome to Day 2 of the Jaded Blossom June release sneak peek.
Today we are sharing a new stencil.
I used one of Jennifer McGuire's techniques using our new Germ Stencil. I used Distress Ink Oxide to ink up the paper and then laid the stencil on top. Then I placed a baby wipe on the stencil and ran it through my Gemini Jr. (using the recommended plate sandwich) several times. The baby wipe lifts some of the ink off of the embossed image. I love embossing with stencils and JB stencils work really well for this process.
Here are the products I used for this gift:

Jaded Blossom Sneak Peek ~ Day 2

Did you know you can use Jaded Blossom dies on vinyl? I cut several of the Baking Dies and adhered them to a Dollar Tree glass board. The saying was taken from one of the sentiments on the Baked with Love set. I just mirrored it in Silhouette Studio so I could adhere it to the back. Of course, this board is for decorative purposes only but you could place something in the center since the vinyl saying is on the back. The Single Cupcake Window Box is from SVG Cutting Files. I added stars from Jaded Blossom's Star Dies and stamped this fabulous sentiment onto JB's Treat Tag Die. I love the way the whole set turned out. It makes a great little gift and treat.
Don't forget the Gotta Have it Now Package for $134.99

More Squarey Monsters
Hi Crafty Friends,
I'm posting another Guest Designer spot on SVG Cutting Files Blog. I have more Squarey Monsters for you. I hope you've been checking the store to see the newest Squarey Monsters being added almost daily.
Did you know that every Squarey has a story? I'll share two of them today.
My first Squarey Monster is Browzer.
My first Squarey Monster is Browzer.
Browzer is a robotic pet of the robotic monsters from Wonky Island. These pets are good for environmental purposes. Browzer uses his scanner eye to find the greenest products, especially packaging made from recycled materials. Keeping Browzer's story in mind, I chose to recycle a coffee drink bottle and fill it with Jolly Ranchers. I think this makes a cute little gift. I used Jaded Blossom's Treat Tag die, Mini Tag Dies 2 and a stamp from Got Candy.
And this is Alex E.
Alex E is a Snailien. He was sent in search of salty planets and he finds Earth to be deliciously salty! The reason it's "lucky" to throw salt over your shoulder is because if Alex E is sneaking up behind you he'd much rather eat the salt than devour you. To keep Alex E satisfied, I also used the Salt and Pepper cut file. For the card, I used Jaded Blossom's Card Mat Dies, Mini Tag Dies 2 and a stamp from Miscellaneous Fun.
Thanks for stopping by today. Be sure to visit Squarey Monsters on Facebook.

A Sneak Peek at a new Cut File

No Tricks, Only Treats
The cute little pumpkin was cut from Simply Charmed. I used hand punches for the other shapes. I have so many of these bottles (yeah, I love mocha), I really need to create more projects using them.
We'd love to have you join our challenge and show us your Halloween treat project. Be sure to use a Cricut cut on your project and link it HERE.
NOTE: please click on the link to get to PCW/CWC as Melin is redoing the blog and links and the old URL for CWC will no longer work.
I'd like to link this project to the Cut It Up "Eek, Boo, Aah" challenge.
I'll be back tomorrow with a new Delightful Challenges project and then again on Friday for
Digi Desserts Fridaze. Remember that there is always a link to a free digi download on Friday.
