Pearly Sparkles June Challenge ~ For the Girls

Hi Crafty Friends,

New month and a new challenge at Pearly Sparkles.

Our theme for June is "For the Girls."

I've used several products from one of my favorite companies, Pinkfresh Studio.

The sentiment and washi tape floras are from the Enchanting Flora suite.  I love using PF washi because there is a companion die set making it so easy to cut out the florals and stamped sentiment.
I've also used a PF essential die for the sparkly frame and PF inks to blend the background which is a Spellbinders 3D embossing.

I hope you'll play along with us this month.

Cut it Up Challenge #305 ~ Anything Goes

Hi Crafty Friends,

We have a new challenge at Cut it Up.  #305 is one you'll love because it's
ANYTHING GOES.

Here's my card.

For this birthday card I used the Waffle Flower postage stamp die and stencil set along with stamps from Whimsy Stamps' Penguin Poop set.  I just wanted it to be fun and light hearted.

We can't wait to see your wonderful creations on our Cut it Up Challenges Blog HEREHERE.

Hi Crafty Friends,

Here's my final card for BYSH Challenge #45.
Our new challenge (June) will be shared tomorrow on the BYSHBYSH Blog.

I've used more papers from Authentique.  The die cut is from Jaded Blossom along with the sentiment.
I used a Whimsy Stamps die for the scallop edge.
You can still add your card to the Challenge 45 folder on the BYSH Facebook page HERE.

Just a reminder, you don't have to enter our sketch challenges to post your holiday cards.  You are welcome to post on the main page just to share your holiday craftiness.  Our sketch challenges are for inspiration AND you might win a nice prize if you enter.

Cut it Up Challenge #304 ~ Send Me Flowers

Hi Crafty Friends,

Our next Cut it Up challenge is posted on the CIU blog.
Our theme for challenge #304 is SEND ME FLOWERS.
Don't forget that you must follow the theme and include a die cut.

Here's my project using a stencil set from Pinkfresh Studio.

I heat embossed a Jaded Blossom sentiment onto velum and popped it up over the stenciled background mat which I cut out using a Jaded Blossom Scalloped Rectangle die.
All of the inks I used are also from Pinkfresh Studio.

I hope you'll play along with us.
The Top Cuts from our last challenge can be found in our blog post along with our Cut it Up Community Facebook page.

Build Your Stash Holiday Cardmakers ~ May Challenge #45

Hi Crafty Friends,

We have a new sketch challenge for the month of May on the BYSH Facebook page HERE.

You'll find the sketch at the bottom of this post.

First, here's my project using some older Authentique papers and a Whimsy Stamps die.

The sentiment is a Jaded Blossom stamp and all I added was a twine bow.

You'll find lots of inspiration on the Facebook page and also on the BYSH Blog.

Here's this month's sketch for your interpretation.

Cut it Up Challenge #303 ~ Add a Sentiment

Hi Crafty Friends,

Welcome to our next Cut it Up Challenge.

For this challenge we'd like you to Add A Sentiment to your project.
Don't forget to include a die cut as well.

Here's my card.

I've used a new Spellbinders Betterpress plate for this card.  This set also comes with a die and  a registration guide that goes on the platform so you can easily align and then stamp each part in a different color ink and still have it line up perfectly.  This is a new addition to Betterpress stamping and it really extends the possibilities.

I hope you'll play along with us for this next challenge.  Be sure to visit our Facebook community page when we feature the Top Cuts for each challenge.  You can find the community page HERE.

Outlawz Festive Friday Challenge ~ May Challenge

Hi Crafty Friends,

It's May so time for a new Outlawz Festive Friday Challenge.

As always, we have four themes for you to choose from:
Christmas (always a choice)
Mother's Day
Spring Flowers
Wrap it Up (ribbon or twine)

My card would be perfect for both Spring Flowers or Mother's Day.

I used Spellbinders Layered Daisies die set, a Scallop Oval from Jaded Blossom and gems from Pinkfresh Studio.  I die cut using Hammermill 100# cardstock and then ink blended the florals.

I hope you'll play along with our challenge.  Challenge rules and inspiration can be found on the blog (link above), and we'd love you to join our Facebook Fan page as well.

Thanks for dropping by :)

Pearly Sparkles May Challenge ~ Cats and Dogs

Hi Crafty Friends,
Wowzers!  It's May already.  Our weather in Northern California still can't decide whether or not it's spring or winter.  80 degrees today and Saturday, 60 degrees and rain.  Ugh!

We have a fun new challenge at Pearly Sparkles ~ Cats and Dogs.

Here's my project.

I used the Peek-a-Boo Window die from Whimsy stamps and an image from My Favorite Things Four Legged Friends stamp set.  I think this makes a cute shaker card.

I hope you'll play along with us this month.
Upload your project HERE.
