We always have 4 themes for you to choose from.  This month's themes are:

Sketch Saturday ~ Sketch#759 ~ Optional Twist: feature a sentiment

Hi Crafty Friends,

I hope you're enjoying playing along with the amazing sketches we have at Sketch Saturday.

For sketch #759 the optional twist is to feature a sentiment.

I used the sketch (shared below) to create an anniversary card for my daughter and son-in-law.
I made all of the Save the Dates, Wedding Invites, favors, and table decorations for their rustic chic wedding.  So, for each anniversary (this is #6) I use left over bits from all of things I papercrafted for the wedding.  Here's their card for this year.

And, here's the sketch for your inspiration.  You'll notice that I changed the orientation.

I hope you'll play along.

Cut it Up Challenge #310 ~ Thinking of You

Hi Crafty Friends,

We have a new challenge up on the Cut it Up Challenge Blog.

Our theme is THINKING OF YOU.  This is a great theme for cards to add to your stash.

I used some amazing Pinkfresh Studio products along with a Spellbinders 3D embossing folder to create this card.

I used a PF press plate for the edges but hot foiled it instead of pressing with ink.  I love that press plates have a dual use.  I foiled the image on patterned paper - a technique we learned at the June Create and Connect workshop.

I hope you'll play along with us.  Just add your project to the link above.

The Outlawz Challenge ~ Festive Friday Challenge August

Hi Crafty Friends,

Time for a new The Outlawz Festive Friday challenge.
We have four themes to choose from:
Christmas, Butterflies, Let's Go Sailing, Holidays.

I've been wanting to use my Spellbinders  Betterpress Butterfly Swirl Press Plate so this is the perfect challenge.

Pearly Sparkles Challenge August ~ Floral

Hi Crafty Friends,

We have a new challenge at Pearly Sparkles.

This month we want you to share your FLORAL creations.

I watched a YouTube video in which Gina K shared a technique using white ink and double stamping which gives a faux embossed appearance so I wanted to give it a try.

Here's the result!

The first impression was stamped using Altenew Mocha.  Then I slightly offset my cardstock and restamped using white pigment ink.  I love the subtlety of the stamped image and it does look as though it's an embossed image.  Give it a try.
The background was made using a Spellbinders 3D embossing folder and the mats were cut using Jaded Blossom rectangle dies.

Hope you'll play along with us.

Sketch Saturday ~ Sketch Challenge #756

Hi Crafty Friends,

Here's another fun sketch for you to use for Sketch Saturday's challenge #756.

I used my Spellbinders Betterpress System to create this card.

This press plate has 5 separate plates.  It actually is like a cover plate when using all the plates but I cut it down in order to create a card that follows the sketch.  I used Betterpress cotton and BP inks so I could get that deep etched look that makes these plates so unique.
I also used Jaded Blossom Rectangle Dies, Pinkfresh Studio Nesting Arches, and Altenew Board planks 3D embossing folder.

Here's the sketch for you to use.  I hope you'll play along.

Products used:
Fluttering Butterflies Suite, washi tape, stamp and die set
Folk Edge Circles Dies.

I hope you'll play along.  Be sure to visit our Facebook Community page where we feature our Design Team's Top Cuts for each challenge.
