Cut it Up Challenge #271 ~ Have a Heart

Hi Crafty Friends,

Today I'm sharing my DT project for Cut it Up Challenge #271 - Have a Heart.
This year our themes are fairly broad and are open to YOUR interpretation.

I found this Heart die by Concord & 9th at a craft sale and decided to use it for this challenge. I created an easel card to the sentiment would be visible.  I used Valentine Word Dies from Jaded Blossom.  The patterned paper is Authentique.

I hope you'll play along with us.  Just link your project to the
Cut it Up blog.

Passionate Paper Creations & Friends ~ Dr. Digi Sponsorship

Hi Crafty Friends,

We are so lucky to have Dr. Digi as one of our PPCF sponsors.  You'll find his images featured on the PPCF Facebook page.  Be sure to take a look.

I was given this image called Angling Andy for my project.
I haven't made an easel card in such a long time and this one was really fun to make.

I used Copic markers to color the image which was stamped and then cut out using my Scan NCut.
For the sentiment I used Jaded Blossom's alphabet dies.  The stencil, focal shape and fishing pole are  from LaLa Land Crafts.  I also added some inking using Altenew die ink cubes.

Thanks for stopping by my blog.  If you're not a follower, I would love to have you ♥

Cut It Up Challenge #227 ~ Fun Fold or Shape Card

Hi Crafty Friends,

I have another Cut it Up Challenge for you.

Our projects for this challenge are fun folds or shape cards.
Our sponsor, The Cutting Cafe, provided a cute Gnome Cut file for the design team to use.

Rather than making a shaped card, I used parts of the gnome file for my focal image on this
Easel Card.  I love easel cards - they have dimension but fold down to fit an A2 envelope.

The papers are from an Echo Park coffee-themed set.  The banner, grasses, sentiment, mini coffee cup, and flag mats are from Jaded Blossom.

Thanks for stopping in.  I hope you'll join our challenge.
The Cutting Cafe will be offering files to our challenge winner.
