Die Cuttin Divas Challenge 433 ~ Anything Goes

Hello Crafty Friends, Happy New Year's Eve! It's time to send out the old and ring in the new.  I hope your New Year brings you joy, peace, and happiness. Our final Die Cuttin' Divas challenge is ANYTHING GOES and, sadly, it really is the FINAL challenge.  Our wonderful leader is going to be very busy pursuing an advanced degree in education so it's time to bring DCD to an end.   My card is rather versatile.  It could be a masculine New Year's wish but it is actually a retirement card for a friend of the hubby's.

The papers are from Authentique's Mister set.  The die cut is from Sizzix, one of the Tim Holz collections.  I used adhesive foam between the layers to add a little dimension.

Die Cuttin' Divas Challenge 451 ~ Holiday Spirit

Hi Crafty Friends,
What can show Holiday Spirit better than a Santa card? Here's my make for the Die Cuttin' Divas Holiday Spirit challenge.

Once again I used a panel from one of the Authentique Christmas stacks.  The die and stamp is one of the new Crafter's Companion stamp and die sets.  I love that the die cut word stays attached to card. This card really didn't need much embellishment.  The graphic and die cut say it all!

My Time to Craft Challenge #412 ~ Christmas Flowers

Another Christmas card to share with you today for the My Time to Craft challenge.
I've used La-La Land Crafts pointy flower dies to create the flowers on this card.

I just stacked the 4 different sizes and added a gem to create the flowers.  The leaves are from Jaded Blossom's flowers set.  The papers are Authentique.

Die Cuttin' Divas Challenge 449 ~ Choose Any Sketch from 2019

Hi Crafty Friends,
Happy December!  Are you almost ready for Christmas?  The countdown is on and I'm sharing the last of my holiday cards over the next few weeks.  They're all finished and ready to mail - woohoo!
For the Die Cuttin Divas sketch challenge we're asking you to use your favorite sketch from our 2019 sketch challenges.  I used the sketch from August.  You'll see it at the bottom of the post.

Authentique papers came out with some great traditional holiday design panels and I've made quite a few cards using them.  I love this red truck.  The mats were cut using Jaded Blossom's card mat die and stitched rectangles.  It's a quick and easy way to make a lot of cards.

My Time to Craft challenge #405 ~ Anything but a Card

Time for Friday's second post - My Time to Craft Challenge 405.
Although it's still really hot in my part of the country it's time to start thinking about fall and Halloween.  I used Jaded Blossom's Paper Bag Die for this cute little Halloween gift bag.

I'm such a fan of Authentique papers. I loved the way these went together.  I think the graphic is perfect for the sentiment from a set I found in my stash by Bug Bites (not sure if it's available any longer.)  Just some Crafter's Spool twine and a few gems and I call it ready to gift!

Cut it Up Challenge #181 ~ Outdoor Fun

Hi Crafty Friends, Our Cut it Up theme is OUTDOOR FUN.   I enjoy the outdoors but I must admit that I also enjoy being clean and comfortable.  So, our outdoor adventures involved a camping trailer at first and then a 40' motorhome- guess I'm a wuss!! My card for this challenge reflects my outdoor style.

The patterned papers are from Authentique. I used dies from La-La Land Crafts (trees and trailer) and Sizzix (words) to finish the scene - quick and simple. Come on over to Cut It Up and share your Outdoor Fun creation. Our prize is a Michael's $10 gift card provided by Cut it Up Challenge blog.

Die Cuttin' Divas challenge 434 ~ School

Hi Crafty Friends,
It's difficult to realize that it's Back to School time especially since our daily temperatures have been running in the high 90's to over 100 degrees.  But, school did, indeed, begin last week so this week's Die Cuttin' Divas challenge is appropriate.
Here's a cute little tag holder that I made.  You could add a gift card any sort of tiny gift or treat to send your kiddo off to a great first day.

I used Authentique papers cut die my tag pocket holder.  The dies and stamp are from Jaded Blossom.

Die Cuttin' Divas #423 ~ Masculine

Hi Crafty Friends,
Today I used papers from Authentique's "Mister" paper pack to create this Masculine card for our Die Cuttin' Divas challenge.

Sometimes it's fun to just play around with patterned papers and let the card "evolve."

This paper set included a sticker page so I used several for my sentiments.  The trophy die is from the Crafter's Companion Advent Calendar.  I also used Jaded Blossom stitched rectangles, and some flags and border from La-La Land Crafts.  I love the wonderful color combinations that Authentique includes in their themed paper sets.

My Time to Craft ~ Challenge 393

Hi Crafty Friends, It's another busy Friday with 3 blog posts coming today.  This is #2.
Our challenge at My Time to Craft is MOTHER'S DAY or FEMALE.
I just love all the fabulous products I used to create this card.

The stamp is the Sew Grateful clear stamp from La La Land Crafts.  The oval dies are from Jaded Blossom and all the other dies I used are La La Land Crafts.  This amazing patterned paper is from Authentique - one of my favorite companies. I colored using Copic markers and added some buttons for the final embellishments.
