Pearly Sparkles November Challenge ~ Christmas with a Winter Critter

Hi Crafty Friends,

Can you believe it's NOVEMBER!!!  Here in the US we had Halloween, a full moon, and we had to move our clocks back one hour - Talk about a way to say goodbye to October and welcome November!!!!

For this month's Pearly Sparkles challenge we're sharing Christmas projects that include a winter critter.
I made a slimline card - they are so much fun to use when creating scenes.

I had this sweet penguin in my coloring stash.  The slimline card dies are from Jaded Blossom and the scene dies are from LaLa Land Crafts.

I hope you'll join in this month's challenge.  Just link your project to our blog:

Cut it Up challenge #212 ~ Happy Thanksgiving creating a Box or Bag

Hi Crafty Friends,

It's time for another Cut it Up Challenge.
We're beginning to think about Thanksgiving and for this challenge we'd like to see your box or bag ideas.

Digital Delights by Louby Loo has been one of our sponsors for several years and Wendy provided this  digital image for our team to use.  Alas, after many years of having her online store, blog, and challenges, she has moved on to other crafty endeavors.  Although the Digital Delights website has closed down she did provide us with 2 images to offer as prizes so we hope you'll still play along with this challenge.

Here's my favor bag using the Digital Delights image printed on Neenah Desert Sand paper and colored using Copic Markers.

I used Jaded Blossom's Goodie Bag Die and Bow Dies to make my favor box.

Please follow the link above to see more challenge projects from the design team and to add your link.

You Are One of a Kind

 Hi Crafty Friends,

It's my design team day on the Jaded Blossom Blog.

I hope you loved everything in our new release.  I'm still thinking of ways to use the different products.

For today's project I used the Pumpkin Stencil.  Although I used Halloween colors, the message is slightly different and a little more personal.

I dry embossed the stencil using my Cuttlebug then inked it with Distress Ink and a blending brush.

I used a sentiment from the Peacock set along with Card Mat DiesPostage DiesFlag Dies, and Pumpkin Faces.

I hope you like my twist on the traditional Halloween message.

Cut it Up Challenge #210 ~ Join us for World Card Making Day

Hi Crafting Friends,

We're celebrating World Card Making Day at Cut it Up.

Personally, I think EVERYDAY is card making day but it's fun to celebrate with our crafting community.
Our sponsor, The Cutting Cafe, provided us with some PDFs to help us create for this challenge.

I printed the PDF and then used my Scan NCut 2 to cut out the images before coloring them with Copic Markers.
I've been on a craft room cleaning and sorting kick and found these fun yellow doilies which I thought would make a great background for my pumpkin patch.

I hope you'll play along with our challenge.  The winner will receive a choice of files from
The Cutting Cafe.

Jaded Blossom's Halloween Release ~ Final Sneak Peek

Hi Crafty Friends,

Today I'm sharing a project made using our final item in the Jaded Blossom Halloween release
sneak peeks.
I hope you have the Clear Jar Stamp set because here is another Add On for your collection.

I moved away from cutesy for this project and let a little bit of the creepy/scary in.

I couldn't resist this bottle of "Skeleton Bones" candy so it became the inspiration
for my project.  All of the stamping was heat embossed for shine and dimension.

Jaded Blossom products used:
Clear Jar- Halloween Add On (NEW)
Mesh Stencil (NEW)

Our Halloween Release Blog Hop begins at midnight.  It will be your chance to purchase all of the release items and get the freebie stamp set, RIP, if your purchase is $40 or more before tax and shipping and to visit each design team member's blog to see even more fun and fabulous release week projects.

Here is today's final sneak peek set and also the freebie set.
