Pearly Sparkles October Challenge ~ Fantasy

Hi Crafty Friends,

Are you ready for a new month and a new challenge at Pearly Sparkles?
This month's theme is Fantasy.

Here's my project.

Oooo, this one was a doozy to photograph because I used both acetate and gold foil.

I would love to have a genie come out of her bottle to grant me my wishes, how about you?
Products used for this card:
Lala Land Crafts ~ Genie Marci, lamp and palace border dies, and sentiment (from the January 2017 club kit.)
Jaded Blossom ~ Rectangle die, cloud stencil
Copic Markers
Pinkfresh Studio ink

I hope you'll play along with us.  Just follow the link above.

Build Your Stash Holiday Cardmakers ~ Sketch 49, Card 2

Hi Crafty Friends,

Today I'm sharing my second design team card for the September BYSH sketch challenge #49.

I love backgrounds and patterned papers and this card has both.

I used a Spellbinders 3D embossing folder for the main background and Echo Park patterned paper for the floral accent.  The stitched scallop border is from Jaded Blossom and so is the stitched label.
You have until September 30 to play along with this month's challenge.

Just link your project to our Facebook Page HERE.

You'll find lots of inspiration on the Facebook page as well as our BYSH Blog HERE.

I hope you'll play along.

Happy Fall!
Of course in California our weather decided to have one more go at Summer weather - ugh!

It's a New Day Floral - stamp, stencil, die set
Dotted Fancy Frames
Fluttering Butterflies - washi and die
Perfect Sentiment stamp set

I hope you'll play along with us.

Sketch Saturday ~ Sketch#759 ~ Optional Twist: feature a sentiment

Hi Crafty Friends,

I hope you're enjoying playing along with the amazing sketches we have at Sketch Saturday.

For sketch #759 the optional twist is to feature a sentiment.

I used the sketch (shared below) to create an anniversary card for my daughter and son-in-law.
I made all of the Save the Dates, Wedding Invites, favors, and table decorations for their rustic chic wedding.  So, for each anniversary (this is #6) I use left over bits from all of things I papercrafted for the wedding.  Here's their card for this year.

And, here's the sketch for your inspiration.  You'll notice that I changed the orientation.

I hope you'll play along.

Cut it Up Challenge #312 ~ What's in Your Garden

Hi Crafty Friends,

Our first September challenge at Cut it Up Challenges.
#312 is "What's in Your Garden?"

This theme can have a variety of interpretations.  Some gardens have flowers, others veggies, or even birds and critters.  Let your creative imagination have fun with it.

I've used my Spellbinders Betterpress to create my card.

I used the Sealed Floral and Let's Chat Soon plates.  I pressed with Betterpress black ink and used my Zig Clear Color Real Brush pens to water color the image.  My die cut is from the Pinkfresh Studio Ornate Rectangle Frame set.

I hope you'll join our challenge.  Upload your project HERE.

The Outlawz Festive Friday Challenge ~ September

Hi Crafty Friends,

It's time for a new Festive Friday Challenge.
We have four themes for you to choose from:
Christmas (always a choice)
Your Favorite Color
Back to School
Fall is Coming

I'm still working hard to have a large Christmas card stash so this month's card follows the Christmas theme.

I've used the Glimmer foil system to create this card.  The sentiment is from Spellbinders and the snowflakes are from Pinkfresh Studio.  I also used a glitter paste for the background stencil from Jaded Blossom.  The Internal Scallop Rectangle is also Jaded Blossom.

I hope you'll play with this month's challenge.  Be sure to link to the blog and also share on the Outlawz Fan Page on Facebook.
