Jaded Blossom May Release Blog Hop

Hi Crafty Friends,

Welcome to Jaded Blossom's May Stamp Release Blog Hop.

If you're here from Cynthia's Blog, you're in the right place, if you're just passing through start at the beginning because you don't want to miss a thing.  I also have the complete line up at the bottom.
Here is what I made:

I love to experiment with different techniques and this card is the result.  I stamped and heat embossed the image using gold embossing powder.  I used Distress Ink Oxides to blend over and around the image the rubbed the ink off the embossed detail.  Finally, I added Spectrum Sparkle over the entire image which reacted with the Oxide Inks.  I used a heat gun to stop the reaction and preserve the remaining color.  I think it produced an interesting effect.
