Tea Time?

Hi Crafty Friends,

We have such a fun theme at Cut it Up Challenge Blog today.  For challenge #114 we're thinking wonderful winter HOT DRINKS!  I really followed the rules on this one.  Since it's required to follow the theme and use a DIE CUT, I used  a bunch!!!  Take a look.

LOL, I love metal dies so I was going through all my sets (ya know, that point where you've got to explore because you've honestly forgotten what all you have?)  I'm usually pretty CAS, but I thought it would be fun to break out of that mold and add touches here and there.

Here's what I've used:
Jaded Blossom:  Word dies - cut out of toner paper and foiled, Scalloped Rectangle Dies
Memory Box:  heart
Sizzix: tea pot and cup
QuicKutz:  crate
Spellbinders:  fancy labels, cut in half

Some flowers, leaves, ribbon and ink to add a few extra touches.

Thanks for stopping in.  You can join our challenge by linking your HOT DRINK project above.

Please welcome our new sponsor:

Gone Fishing

Hi Crafty Friends,
Today is my design team day at Digi My World so I'd like to share a masculine card with you.  I'm sure many of you are thinking ahead to your Father's Day creations and this fabulous set from Digi My World is perfect.  I used two images from the Gone Fishing set.

This is a wonderful set with lots of images for you to choose from.  I used the digital images but it also comes in clip art so all you have to do is print and cut!
Gone FishingGone Fishing

I used papers from the DCWV Yee Haw stack.  The dimensional stickers in the corners are from CTMH.  I also added burlap and rafia to keep with the masculine distressed feel along with a burnished hook.  The clouds are from the Memory Box cloud die set.  All the coloring was done with Copic Markers.

Thanks for stopping by.
