Artful Angel is an online craft store which carries a variety of craft products from different companies.  For my project today, I chose the Hello Sunshine stamp set by Gerda Steiner.

I did some masking in order to place the sun behind this cute little bear.  The image is mounted on a gift card holder (die set from Stamp Anniething) to hide the little birthday surprise.  I added a few balloons from Jaded Bloosom's Balloons die set and some sequins.  The papers are from Doodlebug Designs and the image was colored using Copic markers.
