Happy Birthday

It's design team day at Delightful Challenges.  This week our challenge is to follow a sketch.  I love sketch challenges - it takes away the layout decision-making and allows me to concentrate on my images, papers, and embellishments.

For this week's project I chose "Celebration Charlie" and the Happy Birthday sentiment.  Both are available at Digital Delights by Louby Loo.

Nestabilities large oval - leaving the cut image in the nestie and masking the image, I inked the oval using VersaMagic Chalk Ink.  That's how I got the white border/frame
