I used my Pazzles and an adorable cut file from Paper Crafting World to make this sweet birthday card for Die Cut Tuesday at My Paper Crafting.
The cut file is Celebrate Bear, Cupcake and Balloons and can be found HERE.
Instead of using colored cardstock for the balloons, I cut them out using Xpress- it paper so I could color with my Copic Markers for a more transparent look.
All of the cut layers are inked with VersaMagic Chalk ink.  I used a Signo white gel pen for the faux stitching and highlights on the eyes and nose.  The balloon strings are baker's twine and the dotted strip is Washi tape.
I hope you'll plan to visit My Paper Crafting to see more cut file projects and link up your own.

Oh Larelyn, your card is so gorgeous, that bear is the cutest and I love how you colored the balloons ,just fabulous and you did a wonderful job with chalk, something I am very interested in trying myself but I have to learn to color first, lol I love all the details and what a great use for twine!!!! Thank you for your encouraging words on my blog, you made my day and I will certainly be taking your advice... Big hugs
