Make a Wish

There's a new challenge at Delightful Challenges.  This week we're asking you to Make a Wish ~ Include candles or stars on your project.
I chose Birthday Pippin for my card.  The image is from Digital Delights by Louby Loo and can be found by clicking HERE.
