The light blue paper came embossed, I just added some dabs of white Versmagic chalk ink. All the snowflakes were punched. I hand cut the snowman's hat, adding a band of silver glitter. I used Divine Swirls to emboss the snow and then added a little accent of chalk and some Stickles. I used the MS branch punch for the arms and trimmed some of the branches. My BFF gave me the idea to use buttons for the snowman's head and body :), and the sentiment was sized on the Gypsy and cut from the Stamping cartridge.
Thanks for visiting. I love reading your comments - they definitely help to fight the blahs brought on by dreary days.
Hugs and Happy Crafting,

How clever are you to think of using buttons for a snowman! Love it!
Love the button idea for a snowman. Thanks for sharing it with us. We have had a snowy winter here in the South. We don't usually have much snow. Things grind to halt here when it snows. LOL. Love your card.
Very cute card! I guess the weather here is what you would like. I live right between Buffalo and Niagara Falls, New York. So we get a fair amount of snow. This year has been strange though. One storm came through and my nephew, who lives about 5 miles or so away got 43" in a day and we had barely a covering.
So adorable...love the use of the buttons for the snowman...very cute
This is so clever from the buttons to the branches for arms! LOVE IT! Thanks for joining us this week!
Larelyn, I can't find your e-mail address and I want to ask you more about the cards for soldiers. Could you please e-mail me at kristie@lashotphotography.com so I can reply and get more info from you? thanks so much.
