Hi Crafty Friends, It's New Release time at Digital Delights by Louby Loo.  This month's release is all about the adorable Kandi Kids all decked out in their Halloween costumes.
Here is Kandi Kid Devil with a sentiment from the Halloween Sentiments set.

All of the die cuts are from Jaded Blossom.  I used the Flag Dies set and the Halloween Set. The image was colored using Copic markers.
