Sharing Last Minute Manda Clipart

Hi Crafty Friends,
I'm back sharing another set of cards using fun clipart from Last Minute Manda.These clipart files are so easy to use and you get quite a few images for a very low price!For today's cards I'm using another image from the Bentley Christmas set.

The card on the left was imported into Silhouette Studio and I used the Print and Cut feature.The card on the right was printed from my computer and then cut out using a Scan N Cut.And, if you don't have a cutting machine these images are easily printed and then you can fussy cut with your favorite crafting scissors.
The card mat die is from Avery Elle.

Cut It Up Challenge #139 ~ New Year's Goal or Resolutions

Hi Crafty Friends, At Cut it Up Challenge Blog we're sharing our goals or resolutions for the New Year. I'm not too fond of actual resolutions but I am definitely a goal setter so that's what my project reflects.

I have used a Design Team Planner (from The Cutting Cafe) for several years.  A planner makes being on multiple design teams a lot easier to stay organized and on top of posting dates. Prior to the holidays I had my projects completed well in advance (sometimes a month) and it felt so good to know I was on top of my game.  Not so much since Christmas so my GOAL is to get back to working ahead and avoiding the last minute panic.  This is a new cover for my DT Planner. The adorable images are from a Clip Art file called Henry and Crystal Love Scrapbooking  from our sponsor, Kitten Scraps. I printed the images using my Canon printer then cut them out on the Scan N Cut2.   The wording was created in Word. You Are a Blessing

Hi Crafty Friends,
Today I'm sharing a project I created for Paper Crafting World.

The image is a print then cut which I printed on card stock and then scanned and cut  using my Scan N Cut 2.    All I added was some Spectrum Noir sparkle pen to the flower centers, a little touch up with a Copic marker and a bow using homemade crinkle ribbon.
I love the fall papers that I found in my crafty stash.

Step Up (with a Step Card)

Hi Crafty Friends,
Challenge #128 for Cut it Up Challenge Blog is "Step Up."  We're asking for step cards - so much fun to make.
Here's mine.

I've used the Simple Bracket Step Card cut file from SVGCuttingfiles.  The characters are a print and cut file from our sponsor, Fleuerette Bloom.  I used my Silhouette for the step card base and the print and cut elements.  The leaves are from Jaded Blossom's Fall Dies set and the sentiment is from JB's Fall Signs stamp set.

6 Cards ~ 1 Hour

Hi Crafty Friends,
I love spending time in my craft room and creating special cards.  But, sometimes you just need some quick cards, especially when you're in a time crunch.
For Challenge 15 at Delightful Challenges, I used the Birthday Animals Clipart set from Digital Delights by Louby Loo. 
Here are the 6 cards I made in less than 1 hour.

I dragged and dropped the clipart file into my Silhouette Studio program, resized the images and then set the mat size to print the images to my computer, of course adding registration marks so my trusty Silhouette would cut the images after they were printed - easy peasy.
I just added a bit of ribbon and some Doodlebug Designs epoxy dots.  The sentiment is also from Digital Delights, Happy Birthday sentiment.
Now I have 6 cards ready to grab when needed.

Fairy Garden

Hi Crafty Friends,

My turn to post for Paper Crafting World.

 I decided to use a few new products and techniques on my card.

I started with the Butterfly Fairy CF set.  When I imported the file into my Silhouette, I made a few changes.  First, I separated the wings from the fairy.  Then I duplicated the butterflies so I could stack them and finally I duplicated and flipped the flowers so I would have a longer row.  I did not separate the pieces into like-colors because I decided to use everything as a print and cut.  I sent everything to my printer and then cut the pieces on the Scan N Cut2 (the SNC really makes cutting printed images easy peasy.) 

 Once I had all my pieces,  I got busy with my Spectrum Noir Sparkle pens and added wonderful glittery shine to almost everything.  

I popped up the image on the wings and folded up the butterfly wings for more dimension.  I also added a bit of rick rack and lace from my stash.  I framed the fairy using Jade Blossom Scallop Dies and added Nuvo Crystal drops all around.  A little highlighting with my Prisma Water Color pencils and Tombow blender and I called it finished.  It's a little different style and technique for me but I had fun using more of my machines and supplies.

Puddles of Fun

Hi Crafty Friends,

Today is my design team day for Paper Crafting World.

My project is a reminder that Paper Crafting World sells more than cut files.  You can also find some adorable digital stamp images and print and cut images - perfect for a handmade card that you don't feel like coloring or don't have time to assemble the parts.

I've used the Bear in Rain Gear D Sb set.  I printed the image and title and then scanned into my Scan n Cut2 and watched the magic happen as my image was cut out.
