Always Fun Challenges #40 ~ One Layer

Hi Crafty Friends, Welcome to Always Fun Challenges #40 - one layer. OOOOOH, this one was hard for me!  I love layers, but I also love CAS so I think this worked out OK.  The image and sentiment are from Craftin Dessert Divas',  Farm Living.
